PERSONNEL Buddy Winslow
Buddy is President of Winslow Pump & Well, Inc.
He has a degree in business management, Maryland
master well driller, certified contractor by
National Ground Water Association, certified by
IGSHPA (International Ground Source Heat Pump
Association), certified by
ClimateMaster and
WaterFurnace geothermal equipment manufacturers,
certified by
Vanguard Plastics, completed training by
Baroid Engineering School,
Goulds Factory Pump School and many other related
courses.
As a leader in the industry,
Buddy has been a member of the
National Geothermal Heat Pump Consortium serving
on two committees. He also lectures for various
utility companies and trade organizations. Buddy
has appeared as a panel member for the
National Geothermal Teleconference broadcast live
from the University of Oklahoma, and has served on the
geothermal certification and testing committee for the
National Ground Water Association.
Jackie Winslow
Jackie is the Vice President of Winslow Pump & Well, Inc. Jackie has
completed numerous drilling and geothermal training
programs and is a licensed Journeyman well driller.
Jackie's background and training
as a Real Estate Broker is an asset to our company,
the customer, builder, architect and engineers alike.
Jackie and the company are service oriented to meet
the customers' needs on time and within budget.
Curtis Winslow
Curtis is the General Manager of the Geothermal
Installation and Service Division, has a degree in
computers, Maryland master well driller and loop
installer, certified contractor by
National Ground Water Association, certified by
IGSHPA (International Ground Source Heat Pump
Association), certified by
ClimateMaster and
WaterFurnace geothermal equipment manufacturers,
certified by
Vanguard Plastics, and completed
training by
Baroid Engineering School,
Goulds Factory Pump School and many other related
courses. Curtis has also been a member of the
Geothermal Heat Pump Consortium and served on two
committees.
Terry Briggs
Terry is the operations manager responsible for the
day-to-day operations as well as estimating and
contract administration. Terry has a background
in DOD and NASA IDIQ contracts, as well as (CNC)
Machine programming. Terry is a licensed well
driller, class "A" driver, qualified
Goulds and
Grundfos water system installer,
geothermal installer and qualified service technician.
Kelley Winslow
Kelley is general manager of the accounting department
responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable,
payroll, insurance coordinator and motor vehicle
manager. Kelley has a degree from the University
of Maryland.
William Creager
"Hoss" is a licensed well driller installing water and
geothermal wells and is responsible for on-the-job
training of new apprentice well drillers. Hoss
is a certified fabricator and welder, building R&D
items for the drilling industry.
Stu Rycraft
Stu is the site inspector responsible for water and
geothermal permitting. Stu meets with
homeowners, builders and health department
representatives to coordinate well locations to meet
set-back restrictions and various site conditions.
Stu is also the company safety officer and department
of transportation manager.
